1. How to Request Deletion
Send an email from the Google or Facebook email address used to access SantaliShayari.Com.

Subject: SantaliShayari.Com Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- your display name;
- the Google or Facebook email address used for login;
- your profile URL or Firebase UID, if available;
- whether eligible comments, replies, and submitted posts should also be removed;
- enough information to identify the correct account.
2. Remove Facebook Access
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
- Open Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Select SantaliShayari.Com.
- Choose Remove and confirm.
Removing the app stops future Facebook Login access. To request deletion of website data stored by SantaliShayari.Com, also send the email request above.
3. Data Covered by a Request
- Firebase Authentication account connected with SantaliShayari.Com;
- website user-profile record;
- display name, email, profile-photo URL, login provider, and timestamps;
- private mobile number and address;
- eligible comments and replies;
- pending or rejected POST A CONTENT submissions;
- administrator notification records;
- active, blocked, or removed account-status records.
4. Identity Verification
To prevent unauthorised deletion, we may verify that the requester controls the account. Verification may include using the registered email, signing in again, confirming account details, or providing a profile URL or UID.
A request may be delayed or declined when identity cannot reasonably be verified.
5. Time and Confirmation
We aim to acknowledge a valid request within 24 hours and complete eligible deletion within 7 days after identity verification. Complex, disputed, legally restricted, or technically difficult requests may take longer.
After completion, we may send an email confirmation or manual reference code to the verified email address.
6. Information That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or protection of rights.
Published content may be removed, anonymised, or retained depending on legal, editorial, and technical considerations. Copies already cached, downloaded, quoted, printed, or shared by third parties are outside our direct control.
7. Third-Party Accounts
Deleting SantaliShayari.Com data does not delete your Facebook account, Google account, Blogger account, or other third-party account.
Removing Facebook access alone may not remove all website records stored in Firebase or Blogger.

These instructions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Udala, Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India.
